Hi Noon Hospitality (Buck & Rider & Ingo’s Tasty Food) is hiring a Staff Accountant who is ready to embrace our exciting growth. This role will report directly to the CFO and works with little supervision. The Staff Accountant is responsible for full-cycle accounting for all stores and related entities, including sales tax filing, account reconciliations, analysis of month-end financials, etc.
Day in the Life:
- Responsible for timely sales tax filings, bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Maintains balance sheet reconciliations in established corporate format, ensuring all reconciling items are investigated and resolved.
- Prepare and review monthly financials and reports results to CFO for review.
- Responsible for variance analysis and financials for assigned entities.
- Maintains fixed asset files and schedules.
- Analyze the business processes for efficiencies and reviews financials monthly to determine potential cost-savings.
- Prepares journal entries, accruals, analysis, and account reconciliations as part of the monthly close process.
- Meet processing and reporting deadlines.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.

Requirements:
- Full cycle experience required
- 3+ years’ experience required
- Bachelors degree in Accounting/Business/Finance preferred
- Advanced computer skills: Outlook, Excel, Data entry etc.
- Outstanding organization skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment is a must
- Time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Must be able to communicate effectively with co-workers, restaurant staff and executives
- Exposure to highly confidential information
- Multi-Entity experience would be a bonus!
