Buck & Rider & Ingo’s Tasty Food is hiring a Staff Accountant who is ready to embrace our exciting growth. This role will report directly to the CFO and works with little supervision. The Staff Accountant is responsible for full-cycle accounting for all stores and related entities, including sales tax filing, account reconciliations, analysis of month-end financials, etc.
Day in the Life:
· Responsible for timely bank reconciliations, sales tax filings and daily sales.
· Performs monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
· Maintains accounting records, prepares and reviews monthly financials and reports results to CFO for review.
· Responsible for variance analysis and financials for assigned entities.
· Maintain fixed asset files and schedules.
· Analyze the business processes for more efficient ways and review financials monthly to determine potential cost-savings.
· Prepare journal entries, analyses, and account reconciliations as part of the monthly close process.
· Meet processing and reporting deadlines.

Requirements:
· Full cycle experience required
· 3+ years’ experience preferred
· Bachelors degree in Accounting/Business/Finance preferred
· Advanced computer skills: Outlook, Excel, Data entry etc.
· Outstanding organization skills and attention to detail
· Must be able to communicate effectively with co-workers and restaurant staff
· Exposure to highly confidential information
· Multi-Entity experience would be a bonus!
